It allows you to track your good habits and bad habits and also features a “Get Grounded” page to help you pinpoint what you’re feeling.

NotOK
In the harshest moments, NotOK is an app available on iOS and Android that features a large, red button that, when pressed, let’s close family, friends and support networks know that help is needed. Acting as a digital panic button, users can add up to five trusted contacts who will receive a message along with a current GPS location when the button is pressed.

Through engaging games, activity suggestions and gratitude prompts, Happify is an app meant to train your brain to overcome negative thoughts. Free on iOS and Android, Happify is psychologist-approved and helps users fast-track to a good mood.
