New system for study room reservations at the Alvin Sherman Library
The Alvin Sherman Library introduced a new online study room reservation system on Jan. 7. Rather than waiting in line at the circulation desk, students can now log onto sherman.library.nova.edu/rooms to reserve a room up to two weeks in advance.
NSU celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with cultural festivities
Although, Hispanic Heritage month is observed nationally from Sept. 15 – Oct. 15, NSU chose to celebrate a little longer.
Construction around NSU to continue throughout the year
Construction, which began this summer, on NSU’s campus and in nearby areas, is part of a two-year plan to create a new waste water plant and potable water system to treat waste water, distribute reusable water to areas around campus and act as an expandable source of drinking water, said NSU’s Facilities Management officials.
