Wilton Creamery
The bouncy music and disco lights at Wilton Creamery are hardly the most exciting things found at this spot. With a variety of flavors and base options, from dairy-free to no sugar added to “dog friendly,” you know you’re in for something special the minute you walk through the door.
“It’s not corporate ice cream,” said owner D.J. Colby, with a new batch forming behind him. “I come up with every recipe myself, this is the only place you can get it.”
In addition to their deliciously creamy house-made ice cream, they also offer a variety of equally creative toppings. You can add boba to your confection, as well as balsamic roasted strawberries, citron-infused Maldon salt or chipotle cocoa powder for more adventurous folk. Oh, and did I mention they have nine different flavors of whipped cream?

Watching them chop up fruits, candies and sauces into your coconut or whole milk ice cream is exciting enough, and the Insta-worthy rolls meticulously topped by their ice cream engineers are out of this world.
