If you’ve attended an NSU home soccer match in the past two seasons, then you must have felt the electricity and passion in the stands. The source of that energy comes from the Blue Legion, a group of hardcore fans who attend every home game and some road games for both the men’s and women’s soccer teams.

Students work to increase school spirit
NSU may not have football team, but for the members of Finatics, a student organization formed to promote school spirit on campus, there is still a lot to cheer about. Finatics became an official student organization in August. Their goal is to develop Shark pride through several initiatives, including creating a fight song and game chants.
Diary of… A college mascot
Razor the Shark is not majoring in anything, but he is always on campus. He doesn’t just hang out here, he has represented NSU at games and campus events as the university’s mascot since 2005.
