In the wake of Activision-Blizzard’s momentous announcement in late 2011 that the next expansion to their record-breaking online roleplaying game “World of Warcraft” was to feature oriental-styled pandas and martial arts; the gaming community and fanbase has been swept up in a controversy of epic proportions.

Miami Hosts Wrestlemania
Wrestlemania 28 was held on April 1 in Miami’s Sun Life Stadium in front of a record breaking crowd of more than 70,000 people with millions more watching at home. The grandiose event really lived up to all the hype.
This year, Wrestlemania brought to us the return of “The People’s Champ,” The Rock. Talking to the WWE Superstars, at the Wrestlemania Axxess event, they could not help but show their excitement about the match between wrestlers Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and John Cena.
Happy Hunger Games
After watching this movie, I can happily tell you guys, this movie isn’t just for girls. There is a slight love triangle, two hot guys and a heroine (girl power!), but the movie is also about children killing other children. The movie didn’t tone down the violence. We saw children from 11 districts turn into killing machines to become the lone survivor. So, guys and gals this movie is for both of you and may the odds be ever in your favor.

There are several options for watching movies and TV shows online. The top three media streaming platforms that are popular are: the ever-reliable Netflix, the growing options of Amazon Instant Video, and up-to-date Hulu Plus.
Best American political movies
While many a political film has been made, there are very few worth watching. And even fewer accurately capture a political ideology, the political situation as it occurred, or a well written and executed political experiment, or some crazy combination of the three. For all the political junkies (like me) at NSU, these are my top 5 picks for the Best American political movies of all time.

History of campus art revealed
There are various art exhibits and pieces that adorn NSU’s campus. While most of these may be well known, such as the shark statue in front of the Don Taft University Center or the shark fin floating in Gold Circle Lake, their histories and how they came to be may be a mystery to some. To shed light on both the origins and history of the various installations of art around campus, The Current will explore the readily noticeable pieces in this issue and the more mysterious pieces found around the campus in a later issue.
Score some comedy on “21 Jump Street”
There is no fathomable reason for you to miss this movie. “21 Jump Street” stars Jonah Hill as Morton Schmidt and Channing Tatum as Greg Jenko. Together, this unlikely duo take on the biggest challenge of their lives for a second time. High school. Warning: Inappropriate hilarity ensues.
Watch out for a second winter when “Game of Thrones” returns in April
“Game of Thrones” has the perfect blend of deception, action, romance, comedy, and fantasy. If you’re a fan of historical fiction and awesome British actors, then this show is right up your alley. There are characters we have come to love and characters we despise. Season two is certainly shaping up to be an epic one. All I can say is sit back on your throne and enjoy the show.
