NSU baseball looks to capture first conference title
On Feb. 3, NSU Baseball will begin its new season under second-year Head Coach Greg Brown. The squad will feature 19 new players this season, and Brown said the ultimate goal for the team is to win the program’s first conference championship.

Fan reaction to the Brandon Marshall trade
During his time with the Dolphins, Marshall caught more than 2,000 yards and nine touchdowns. He was the most physically gifted and productive receiver the franchise has seen this decade. However, the combination of his incidents off the field and inconsistency when in catching the ball was enough to force management to trade him.

Special Olympics Broward County seeks NSU student volunteers
During the spring, Special Olympics Broward County will be reaching out to NSU student organizations about volunteering for Sallarulo’s Race for Champions. The race was founded by Paul, Samantha and Patrick Sallarulo as a fundraiser for Special Olympics in 2006, and has become an annual event.
Track and field looks to carry last season’s momentum
Last year was a historical season for NSU track and field. Between the men and women, there were seven All-Americans, four individuals who qualified for nationals and the women were ranked in the top 25 for the first time in program history.
