Diary of… a student on the Paleo diet

Ana Castilla is a senior biology major who is a certified sports nutritionist through the International Society of Sport Nutrition. She gives Paleo nutrition lectures at different Crossfit affiliates such as 911 Crossfit and City Crossfit and is a Bootcamp and Zumba fitness instructor at 911 Crossfit. The birth control controversy

President Barack Obama’s plan for birth control has turned into an issue with extensive concerns. This policy would require that employers provide health insurance plans that cover the cost of birth control pills to their female employees. This plan would also include females who work at religiously-based organizations.

2012 movie premieres

You may have noticed it last year — 2011 was a bad year for movies. Sure, there were some “OK” titles and a few long awaited movies like “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2” and “Drive,” but that doesn’t compare to the list of films being released this year. Not every big movie of the year is mentioned, but each one is sure to be an unforgettable, unique experience that will, hopefully, make up for last year’s dismal release performances.
