There is no fathomable reason for you to miss this movie. “21 Jump Street” stars Jonah Hill as Morton Schmidt and Channing Tatum as Greg Jenko. Together, this unlikely duo take on the biggest challenge of their lives for a second time. High school. Warning: Inappropriate hilarity ensues.

Join the party with “Project X”
Hands down, if you miss this movie, you’ve lost an exciting vicarious experience that may not change your life, but it will give you a hell of a lot of incentive to do so. “Project X” is every innate party animal’s wet dream. The entire premise of the story is about three misfits who, while on the hunt for some co-ed lovin’, throw the most epic birthday party to ever hit suburban Pasadena, Calif.
Movie Review: War Horse
After the “Marley and Me” incident, I thought I’d learned my lesson from animal movies, which was: stay the hell away from them. I’ve never really considered myself a person who would curl up into a ball on the floor and whimper, “It’s just a movie, it’s just a movie,” because of an animal. Evidently, I was wrong.
“American Idol” vs. “The Voice”
“American Idol” and “The Voice” are both reality television shows that are all about finding the next singing sensation of the music world. With each show consisting of a panel of judges, an audition process, surprise musical guests, and giving the home viewers an opportunity to vote for their favorite singers, it leaves many to wonder what the difference is between the two and which is better.
Best Video Games of 2012
The last few months of 2011 introduced some of the best video games in recent history with blockbusters like Skyrim, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3 and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations selling millions of copies each. But the video game lineup for 2012 holds several titles of equal caliber that are anticipated to give 2011 a run for its money.
“Ghost Rider 2”: I just never learn
Story-wise? Quite possibly the worst excuse for a movie-adaptation of a Marvel superhero I’ve ever seen (and I saw “Thor”). Effects-wise? Not bad because I possess a Y-chromosome and am easily amused by dancing flames and motorcycles that are on fire.
For better and for worse—the meaning behind “The Vow”
What would you do if your spouse didn’t remember you? How far would you go to fight for your love? When would you realize you needed to let them go? “The Vow” answers these questions.
Sophie Kinsella takes us to the roaring ‘20s on a path full of fun and intrigue in “Twenties Girl”
Sophie Kinsella, which is a pen name, first revealed after the release of the aforementioned “Can You Keep a Secret?” for author Madeleine Wickham, never disappoints when she puts pen to paper to create a new story. Her humor is sharp and witty and her characters draw you in and make you hope for them as they search for the thing that is missing from their lives.
“Chronicle” will leave you speechless
How much “epicness” can be stuffed into 84 minutes? Director Josh Trank masters the art of suspense in “Chronicle,” a sci-fi thriller that takes the audience into the chaotic life of Andrew (Dane DeHaan), a neglected social outcast who forms an unlikely bromance-alliance with the most popular kid in school and his pseudo-philosophical cousin. Together, the trio uncovers a secret that inevitably leads them on the greatest yet saddest adventure of their lives.
“The Hunger Games” proves that it doesn’t take much to make the NY Times Best Seller list
Personally, I’m sick of all the hype these mediocre books receive when something better may be out there somewhere shelved from publication. It really is a shame. Not to forget, “The Hunger Games” movie is on the horizon and, hopefully, delivers more than this book did (which I doubt).
